I keep coming back because the service is excellent! Today I'm raving about the housekeeper Nippon, Nippon so well trained. The way he makes a bed is art. He has mastered it, making it so inviting. Always noticing defects and the color, always choosing the brightest linen. Nippon always deep cleans, his attention to detail is undeniable. He is one of the best members of the housekeeping staff. I had a huge problem recently, Khaled to the rescue, he always makes the client feel secure and comfortable. It's an Amazing quality. Thank you Mr. Khaled. Thank you as well to Mr. Mott hope I spelled that right. You know a employee has touched you when you have excellent recall, and you have never met. I'm a fan of consistency. Mott is super professional and has a great speaking voice. He takes in consideration a person of Determination has exstinuating circumstances.

I don’t usually give feedbacks unless it really deserves to have one. I’m not sure if it was me but the people at the reception seems to be having a busy day yesterday. I’m a very passive person and I give opportunity to understand people I interact with. Yet, I would encourage these guys to be more empathetic and warm as they accommodate guests. Though it’s a budget hotel, people would patronize a place where they feel more welcomed. There’s a lack of empathy, and I don’t feel that they would like to build rapport with guests. I feel like I’m just going to buy at a local store for something.

Ok I just randomly searched and found this place and I booked and this was best place ,good amount of restaurant near by area . Metro station near by . The building is well maintained and clean , staff always smiling greetings I want to specially thank Thinzar i hope i wrote her name correct i could actually see the difference whe she use to clean my room and others .she is always smiling and greeting you, thank you . So who ever is searching to book do it without thinking will definitely book again

My husband joined me on this final night of my total five night stay. I had surgery and was discharged, staying in the Studio M hotel until my flight back to the US could be arranged. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for all my special needs and requests. Overall the comfort, cleanliness, accessibility, transportation assistance, room service, free Internet and location were very good!

The location of the Hotel is good. Metro Station is on walking distance from the Hotel. Mini Market and the Restaurants are also at the surroundings of hotel. Although we checked-out at 4:00am but, they make sure that we received the Breakfast. I am grateful for all their help and kindness.
